QUARTERLY REPORT FOR THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2015
Lier, 11 November 2015: Reference is made to the stock
exchange announcement published on 26 October 2015, in which
Kid ASA ("Kid" or the "Company") announced the financial
results for the third quarter of 2015, and the supplemental
prospectus (the "Supplemental Prospectus") published on 27
October 2015 in which the third quarter financial results
were presented. The board of directors of Kid ASA ("Kid" or
the "Company") has approved the financial report for the
third quarter of 2015.

"The third quarter was heavily impacted by a weak august due
to weather conditions. We remain confident that this
temporarily effect is behind us as we see a total growth of
9.9% for the period 1 October to 25 October compared to the
corresponding period in 2014, as announced on 26 October
