EMGS - Mandatory notification of trade

RWC Asset Management LLP, as discretionary investment manager of the RWC

European Focus Master Inc. (RWC), has bought 4,137,496 shares in Electromagnetic

Geoservices ASA (EMGS) at NOK 0.25 per share.

After the transaction, RWC holds 22,713,696 of the issued shares in EMGS. In

addition, RWC has subscribed for 103,404,788 new shares in the ongoing Rights

Issue in EMGS and holds another 20,000,000 subscription rights.
