EMGS - Mandatory notification of trade

RWC Asset Management LLP, as discretionary investment manager of the RWC

European Focus Master Inc. (RWC), has bought 5,000,000 subscription rights in

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) at an average price of NOK 0.01 per

subscription right.

After the transaction, RWC holds 128,404,788 subscription rights, of which

103,404,788 have been exercised, and holds 22,713,696 of the issued shares in

EMGS.
