The following primary insiders of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) have,

on 15 December 2015, been allocated the following number of shares at NOK 0.25

per share in the Rights Issue:

Laburnum AS, a company owned by the chairman Eystein Eriksrud, has been

allocated 1,000,000 shares. After this transaction Laburnum AS will own

1,120,485 shares in EMGS.

RWC European Focus Master Inc. (RWC) has been allocated 157,604,212 shares.

After this transaction RWC will own 180,317,908 shares, representing 13.7% of

the shares in EMGS.

Ole Martin Pedersen, board member, has been allocated 94,630 shares. After this

transaction, Pedersen will own 111,630 shares and 38,000 options in EMGS.

Lodve Berre, deputy board member, has been allocated 11,517 shares. After this

transaction, Berre will own 13,586 shares and 15,500 options in EMGS.

Theoline AS, a company owned by the CEO Stig Eide Sivertsen, has been allocated

3,079,044 shares. After this transaction, Theoline AS will own 3,093,244 shares

in EMGS.

David Neser, COO/CTO, has been allocated 367,390 shares. After this transaction,

Neser will own 433,390 shares and 625,000 options in EMGS.

Hege Aase Veiseth, Group Controller, has been allocated 55,665 shares. After

this transaction, Veiseth will own 65,665 shares and 85,000 options in EMGS.

Charlotte Knudsen, Head of Investor Relations, has been allocated 75,000 shares.

After this transaction Knudsen will own 75,000 shares and 25,000 options in

EMGS.

Anette Mellbye, Chief Legal Counsel has been allocated 138,834 shares. After

this transaction, Mellbye will own 138,834 shares and 380,000 options in EMGS.
