RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with NSX Listing Rules and section 251AA of the Corporations Act,
African Petroleum Corporation Limited (OAX: APCL / NSX: AOQ) (African Petroleum or
Company) advises that the resolutions put at the General Meeting of the Company held
