EMGS - Share capital increase registered
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Electromagnetic
Geoservices ASA (EMGS) on 16 December 2015 regarding the completion of the
offering of 1,112,000,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.25, at a
subscription price of NOK 0.25 per share (the "Rights Issue").
The share capital increase pertaining to the 1,112,000,000 new shares issued in
the Rights Issue has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.
The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 327,941,389, consisting of
1,311,765,555 shares with a par value of NOK 0.25 per share.
