Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published on 15 January 2015 by North Sea Strategic

Investments AS, a company managed by HitecVision

("North Sea"), regarding its execution of a forward

contract for 16,414,500 Prosafe SE shares with

maturity on 05 February 2016.

North Sea has today agreed with its counterparty to

extend the maturity of the forward contract until 4

March 2016. The other terms of the forward contract

remain unchanged.

Following this, North Sea holds 31,526,403 shares in

Prosafe SE, and rights to 16,414,500 shares pursuant

to the forward contract, in total 47,940,903 shares

representing 18.5% of the issued shares and votes in

Prosafe SE. North Sea does not hold other shares or

rights to shares in Prosafe SE other than those

described in this disclosure.
