Nuovo Patto Parasociale relativo a Eurotech S.p.A.

Amaro (Udine), 28 dicembre 2024 – Si rende noto che, in data odierna, Eurotech S.p.A. ha ricevuto comunicazione dell'intervenuta sottoscrizione di un patto parasociale ai sensi dell'art. 122, commi 1 e 5, del D.Lgs. 58/1998 relativo ad Eurotech (il "Patto").

Si allega al presente comunicato l'estratto del Patto ai sensi dell'art. 129 del Regolamento Consob adottato con delibera n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 ("Regolamento Emittenti").

New Shareholders' Agreement concerning Eurotech S.p.A.

Amaro (Italy), 28 December 2024 – Eurotech S.p.A. announces today receipt of a communication regarding the execution of a shareholders' agreement pursuant to Article 122, paragraphs 1 and 5, of the Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 concerning Eurotech (the "Agreement").

An extract of the Agreement pursuant to Article 129 of Consob Regulation adopted through resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 ("Issuers' Regulation") is attached to this press release.
