Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Prosafe SE will

be held at the company's registered office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca,

Cyprus at 9 a.m. Cyprus time on 15 March 2016.

and recommendation of the election committee, the notice of attendance at the
