The mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Oy have on
March 3rd 2016 been allot-ted 33.693.000 shares in
Panoro Energy ASA, relating to the private placement
in the company as announced on February 10th.
After this allocation, the mutual funds managed by
Nordea Funds Oy own 33.693.000 shares equivalent to
8,398% of the total new outstanding number of shares.
The voting rights are equivalent to 8,398% of the
total votes.
