Proposed dividend payment for 2015

The Board of Directors of Zalaris has resolved to

propose an annual dividend of NOK 0.85 per share for

2015 or an aggregate of NOK 16.1 million. The

dividend proposal will be presented to and formally

approved by the annual general meeting scheduled on

13th of May 2016. Further details on the dividend

payment will be provided in the Notice to the AGM.

In its recommendation the Board of Directors states:

"After a careful consideration of the company's growth

prospects and financial strength, the Board of

Directors proposes a dividend for 2015 of NOK 0.85 per

share. This will provide our shareholders with a sound

return on their investments, while the company retains

its financial capacity and flexibility to pursue

growth and other investment opportunities going

forward."
