Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Opera Software ASA

on 21 December 2015 and 25 January 2016 regarding the corporate structure

reorganization of the Opera group.

The demerger was notified to the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises on

25 January 2016 and the six weeks creditor notification has now expired without

any objections being raised. The demerger is therefore completed and has been

registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises prior to opening

hours on the Oslo Stock Exchange today.
