Baltic Cruises Holding L.P. (from now on BCH) and Baltic Cruises Investment

L.P. (from now on BCI) has informed that as of 15 March 2016:

- the BCH holds 121,693,230 shares which represent 18.06% of the

aggregate of votes represented by the shares of AS Tallink Grupp;

- the BCI holds 14,089,143 shares which represent 2.09% of the aggregate

of votes represented by the shares of AS Tallink Grupp.

BCH and BCI are controlled by TRG Allocation Offshore Ltd., therefore as of 15

March 2016 TRG Allocation Offshore Ltd. controls 135,782,373 shares which

represent 20.15% of the aggregate of votes represented by the shares of AS

Tallink Grupp.
