Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Scatec Solar ASA
Oslo, April 13, 2016: Reference is made to the proposal for the annual general
meeting's resolution to distribute a dividend, included in the notice for the
annual general meeting to be held 4 May 2016 as disclosed in a separate
notification on 13 April 2016. The following key dates for the dividend are
proposed by the board of directors:
* Dividend amount: NOK 0.66 per share
* Declared currency: NOK
* Last day including right: 4 May 2016
* Ex-date: 5 May 2016
* Record date: 6 May 2016
* Payment date: 15 June 2016
* Date of approval: 4 May 2016
