AS Tallink Grupp Summons to bondholders? meeting

AS Tallink Grupp (the ?Company?) has requested the Bond Trustee of the bond

issue with ISIN NO 0010682255 and ticker code TLG01 to summon bondholders'

meeting to request a one-time waiver allowing the Company, if approved, to pay

higher equity distributions in 2016 than what is agreed in the bond agreement.
