Oslo, 26 April 2016: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO).

Bente-Lill Bjerkelund Romøren has as chairperson of the board of directors of

PHO received proxies to vote for 1,288,250 shares at the annual general meeting

of PHO on 28 April 2016 (the "AGM"), representing approx. 6 % of the total

shares and votes at the AGM. The proxies received are only valid for the AGM and

will lapse thereafter.
