Prosafe SE: Q1 2016 results and webcast/teleconference on 12 May 2016

Prosafe SE will publish its results for the first quarter of 2016 on 12 May

2016 at approx. 08:30 Central European Summer Time (CEST). In connection with

the release, Stig H. Christiansen, Acting CEO and CFO will hold a

webcast/teleconference the same day at 02.00 p.m. CEST.

To follow the presentation there are two options available:

1.     Webcast

Please visit www.prosafe.com and click on the "Webcast" link at the bottom of

the front page. To listen to the webcast and conference call from the web, you

need to have installed Windows Media Player and have a sound card on your

computer. It will be possible to ask questions via e-mail during the

presentation. The connection to the webcast can be tested from 9 May 2016.
