Update on financial situation and notice of postponed Annual Report and AGM of Viking Supply Ships AB (publ) and Viking Supply Ships A/S

As previously communicated, the company's subsidiary Viking Supply Ships A/S is

in discussions with its creditors and shareholders regarding the long term

financing of the company. The situation is challenging but the dialogue is

constructive, and Viking Supply Ships A/S has reached an in principle agreement

with its banks. The agreement is subject to credit committee approval and other

customary conditions precedent.

Due to complicated and lengthy negotiations, the publication of the Annual

Reports of Viking Supply Ships AB and Viking Supply Ships A/S will be delayed.

As a result, the Board of Directors of Viking Supply Ships AB (publ) announces

that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) summoned to be held on 20 May 2016 is

postponed. The AGM will be held as soon as possible and a new summons to the AGM

will be issued no later than four (4) weeks ahead of the new date of the AGM.

The company will also postpone the financial report for Q1 2016, which according

to the financial calendar is scheduled for 6 May. New date for the presentation

of the Q1 2016 will be announced as soon as possible.
