Development A/S.

Strategic Capital APS, controlled by Kim Mikkelsen, has as

part of this transaction purchased 600,000 shares in TK

Development at a price of DKK 6.25 per share.

Strategic Investments A/S, controlled by Strategic Capital

APS, has as part of this transaction purchased 1,269,800

shares in TK Development at a price of DKK 6.25 per share.

Mikkelsen is also Board Member and Primary Insider of Storm

Real Estate ASA.
