Storm Real Estate ASA - intra-group merger

Reference is made to announcement on 18 March 2016 regarding

an agreed merger plan between two group companies. The Board

of Directors of Storm Real Estate ASA, the acquiring parent

company, have in a meeting held on 3 May 2016 decided to

merge with the wholly owned subsidiary Tiberton Yard Finance

Limited.

The merger will be undertaken as a cross border parent-

subsidiary merger without compensation based on the

Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act section 13-
