Purchase of shares

Itera ASA has today purchased 980 776 own shares at an

average price of NOK 3.60 per share. After this transaction,

Itera ASA owns 1 127 455 shares (1.4%) of a total of 82 186

624 issued shares. The transaction was done in accordance

with the power of attorney granted at the Annual General

Meeting on May 21, 2015.

Group CEO Arne Mjøs has today purchased 2 300 000 shares at

a price of NOK 3.60 per share through his company Arne Mjøs

Invest AS. New total holding is 19 518 228 shares (23.7%)

and 480 000 outstanding options.

Executive VP Kristian Enger has today purchased 30 000

shares at a price of NOK 3.60. New total holding is 177 472

shares (0.2%) and 120 000 outstanding options.

Communication Director Ane Gjennestad has through her

company Triceps AS today purchased 30 000 shares at a price

of NOK 3.60. New total holding is 30 000 shares and 46 000

outstanding options.
