Transaction with close associate

Lier, 19 May 2016: The board of Kid Interiør AS, a 100%

subsidiary of Kid ASA, has today approved a lease agreement

with a close associate. The lease agreement will be made

with Fabritius AS which is 100% owned by Gjelsten Holding

AS. Gjelsten Holding AS today holds 48.9% of the shares in

Kid ASA.

The rental agreement is related to an expansion of the

current headquarter and logistics centre in Lier of 3.735

square meters and a new mezzanine in the current warehouse

of 793 square meters, a total of 4.528 square meters. The

annual rent is agreed to be MNOK 3.45 and the lease period

is expected to commence at 02.01.2017 and expire at

30.06.2030. Kid Interiør AS has an option to extend the

lease period for 5 years after the expiry date.

In accordance with Kid ASA Corporate Governance principles,

the agreement is based on arm's length terms. The

transaction has been supported with a valuation obtained

from an independent third-party and the agreement has been

reviewed by an external law firm.
