Prosafe SE: New Interim Chairman of the Board

In connection with the general meeting, the Company's Chairman, Harald Espedal,

has given notice that for work load reasons he wishes to step down from his

position as Chairman and Director of the Board of Prosafe SE.

The Board has accepted the resignation and has appointed Glen O. Rødland as the

new interim Chairman of the Board.

Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible

accommodation vessels. The company operates globally, employs 850 people and is

headquartered in Larnaca, Cyprus. Prosafe is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange
