Voluntary offer - final results

Oslo and Beijing, 27th May 2016 - Reference is made to

the voluntary offer made by Kunqi (the "Offeror") to

purchase all the outstanding shares in Opera Software

ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 71 per share

(the "Offer") as set out in the offer document dated

14 March 2016, as amended (the "Offer Document").

Reference is further made to the announcement of 25th

May 2016 regarding the preliminary results of the

Offer.

The final results show that the Offeror has received

acceptances for a total of 133,978,843 shares since

the commencement of the offer period, representing

91.4% of all the issued shares of the Company. The

Offeror accordingly holds right to 133,978,843 shares

in the Company, representing 91.4% of all the issued

shares of the Company and 91.6% of the votes in the

Company.

The Offeror is pleased to confirm that the minimum

acceptance condition set out in section 4.3 (a) of the

Offer Document has been met.

The remaining conditions for completion of the Offer

are set out in section 4.3. (Conditions for completion

of the Offer) of the Offer Document. As set forth

therein, the Offeror will issue a notification through

the Oslo Stock Exchange as soon as each of the

remaining conditions for completion of the Offer has

been met, waived or failed to be met.
