The Board of Oslo Børs approves Treasure ASA for listing on Oslo Børs

At its meeting on 3 June 2016, the Board of Directors

of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Treasure

ASA to listing on Oslo Børs.

The company was granted an excemption from the

requirement of three years existence, cf Listing Rules

sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2.

The Board stipulated that the company prior to the

first day of listing must complete the demerger from

Wilhelmsen ASA and publish an approved prospectus.

The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of

Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing,

which is to be no later than 18 July 2016.
