Entra ASA : New lease contracts in Oslo

Entra has signed the following significant lease contracts:

* New lease contract with The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (Forsvarsbygg)

for 2,100 sqm and 5 years in Langkaia 1 (Havnelageret) in Oslo. Langkaia 1

is now close to fully let.

* New lease contract with Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet) for

1,705 sqm and 10 years at Sundtkvartalet in Oslo (project property).

Sundtkvartalet is now 49 % pre-let.

* Norwegian Property/Entra has signed a new lease contract with Norwegian

Health Network (Norsk Helsenett SF) for 2,300 sqm and 7 years in

Verkstedsveien 1 at Skøyen in Oslo. The Skøyen portfolio recently acquired

by Entra is now fully let.
