AS Tallink Grupp introduction of shares without nominal value

On 01 July 2016, shares without nominal value of AS Tallink Grupp were

registered in the Commercial Register according to the resolutions adopted by

the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company held on 14 June 2016.

With the introduction of share without nominal value, AS Tallink Grupp has

673,817,040 shares without nominal value and the share capital is 404,290,224

euros, the book value of one share amounts to 0.60 euros. Also the amendments

to the Articles of Association of AS Tallink Grupp came into force and the

updated Articles of Association are available on the company?s website
