EMGS - Mandatory notification of trade

Anette Mellbye, Chief Legal Counsel and primary insider in Electromagnetic

Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has, on 5 July 2016, bought 953 EMGS shares at an average

price of NOK 6.97 per share. This equals the number of shares used by EMGS to

execute the reverse share split completed today to which Mellbye had agreed for

the use of her shares.

After this purchase, Anette Mellbye owns the same relative number of shares as

before the reverse share split. Anette Mellbye owns 3,471 shares and 9,500

options in EMGS.
