Awilco LNG ASA - Sale of WilGas and WilEnergy

Reference is made to press release no. 1 dated 1 June 2016.

Awilco LNG ASA (Awilco LNG or the Company) has on 18 August

2016 completed the sale and delivery of the 1983 built

125,000 cbm LNG carrier WilEnergy and the 1984 built 125,000

cbm LNG carrier WilGas.

The agreement requires that the identity of the buyer is not

disclosed. The sale of WilGas and WilEnergy will contribute

with an estimated loss of USD 6.6 million in Awilco LNG's

2016 financial results.
