NOTIFICATION OF TRANSFER OF OWN SHARES

Robit Plc has today, December 27, 2024, transferred a total of 64,613 company’s shares to the members of the Board of Directors as the annual compensation for the year 2024, and a total of 9,231 company's shares to Group CEO, Arto Halonen as part of the fixed annual salary. The total number of shares transferred is therefore 73,844.

The company previously announced the transfer of its own shares for board’s annual compensation and for CEO as part of annual salary on December 20, 2024.

Following the transfer, Robit Plc holds 118,361 of its own shares, representing approximately 0.6 percent of the total number of the company’s shares.
