Entra ASA : Closing of the Skøyen transaction

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated 1 June 2016. As of 1

September 2016 Entra took over the property portfolio comprising three high

quality properties and 61,000 sqm at Skøyen in Oslo. The portfolio is now fully

let. The transaction price paid was NOK 2.5 bn. Annualised gross rent as of Q4

2016 is NOK 135 million.
