Exercise of employee share options

Participants in the Company's share option program have on 7 September 2016

exercised 1,170,725 options, of which 30,000 options were settled in cash. The

payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 53.50 per share.

No primary insiders exercised options.

Following the share option exercise, the Board of Directors, pursuant to

authorization granted by the company's Annual General Meeting, has resolved to

increase the Company's share capital by NOK 22,814.50 by issuing 1,140,725 new

shares, of par value NOK 0.02. Following the increase, the Company's

share capital is NOK 2,955,754.54 across a total of 147,787,727 shares.
