NOTIFIED TO CONSOB THE UPDATE OF THE KID RELATED TO "SIMONE SPA WARRANTS 2023-2026"

Milan, 27 December 2024 – Simone S.p.A. ("Simone" or the "Company"), a company operating in the publishing sector, announces that it has notified today to the competent offices of Consob the update of the Key Information Document or "KID" (Key Information Document) relating to the Warrants issued by the company, named "Warrant Simone S.p.A. 2023 – 2026" - ISIN code IT0005573172, as required by Article 4-decies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (Testo Unico della Finanza) with reference to PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), referred to in EU Regulation No.1286/2014.

The KID is a concise and standardized information document prepared with the aim of depicting the product features in a way that is easily usable and understandable for the investor based on the European Regulation on PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), to enable comparability between different products and increase the transparency of information of such instruments.

The KID and the Warrant Regulations can be found at the registered office and at www.investors.simone.it, in the "Investor/Financial Products Warrant". These documents are made available pursuant to a legal obligation arising from the Issuer's status on Euronext Growth Milan.

The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID also on the basis of guidelines that may be made known subsequently by the competent Supervisory Authorities.
