Appealing the Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment

AS Tallink Grupp is appealing the Helsinki Court of Appeal 8th of August 2016

judgment on AS Tallink Grupp and its group companies AS Hansatee Cargo and

Tallink Silja Oy fairway dues dispute against Finnish state.

Pursuant to the Helsinki Court of Appeal judgment the court found the claims

from fairway dues, charged in excessive extent in the years 2001-2004, time

barred and overruled the previous judgment of the Helsinki District Court.
