Entra ASA : New lease contracts at Papirbredden 3 in Drammen
Entra has signed a new 10-year lease contract with Drammen Municipality for
1,870 sqm and a new 5- year lease contract with Axactor Norway for 1,060 sqm at
Papirbredden 3 in Drammen. Both contracts will start from 1 March 2017.
Papirbredden 3 is a 11,400 sqm new built office property finalised in Q4 2015.
The property is now 91 % let.
