Entra ASA : Acquisition of Kristian Augusts gate 13 in Oslo

Entra has signed an agreement to acquire the property Kristian Augusts gate 13

in Oslo for NOK 155 mill. The property is approximately 3,300 sqm and is let on

short contracts.

Kristian Augusts gate 13 is located in the Tullin quarter and is adjacent to the

properties where Entra will develop the new university building for the Faculty

of Law (21,000 sqm) and the new office property in Universitetsgata 7-9 (19-

21,000 sqm). The acquisition of Kristian Augusts gate 13 will secure a more

comprehensive development of the Tullin quarter and the property has a

development potential.

Closing is expected to take place in Q1 2017.
