Notice from Bondholders' Meeting

Today Bondholders' Meetings were held pursuant to the summons of 9 November 2016.

ISIN: NO0010590441 - FRN Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2010/2016 ("HAVI04"): There were not sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 26.77 % of the votes. ISIN: NO0010605025 - Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2011/2017 ("HAVI06"): ISIN: NO0010605033 - Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2011/2017 ("HAVI07"): There were not sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 62.18 % of the votes. - FRN Havila Shipping ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue ISIN: NO0010657174 2012/2016 ("HAVI08") There were sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 29.05 % of the votes.

The Proposal was not adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreements.
