Reference is made to the calling notice dated 24 November 2016 for an

extraordinary general meeting to be held in Opera Software ASA (the "Company")

on 15 December 2016. One of the items on the agenda is the approval of a cash

dividend payment. Pursuant to the Continuing Obligations of Oslo Børs, the

Company hereby provides the following key information regarding the proposed

cash dividend:
