ASETEK – Re. Share Capital Increase
Reference is made to the stock exchange release issued on November 28, 2016 pertaining to a share capital increase following exercises of warrants by employees.
For practical reasons, and in agreement with the warrant owners, it has been decided to fulfill the agreements with shares from Asetek´s treasury, and hence there will be no share capital increase.
