Notice from Bondholders' Meeting

Today a Bondholders' meeting was held pursuant to the summons of 22 March 2016.

ISIN: NO0010590441 - FRN Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2010/2016 ("HAVI04"):

There were sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 91.57 % of the votes, and the proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement.

ISIN: NO0010605025 - Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2011/2017 ("HAVI06"): ISIN: NO0010605033 - Havila Shipping ASA Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2011/2017 ("HAVI07"):

There were sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 99.47 % of the votes, and the proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement.

ISIN: NO0010657174 - FRN Havila Shipping ASA Senior Unsecured Bond Issue 2012/2016 ("HAVI08")

There were sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a

quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 96.03 % of the votes, and the proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement.

The Bond Agreement will therefore be changed as set out in the summons to the meeting.
