StrongPoint ASA: Notice to Extraordinary General Assembly - Extraordinary Dividend

StrongPoint ASA expects the 4(th) quarter EBITDA-result to be close to 50 per

cent higher than last year. Consequently, the EBITDA-result for the full year

will be 20 per cent higher than last year.

The cash flow from operations has continued to be strong, and StrongPoint

expects to be debt free by the end of this year.

Based on this, the Board propose an extraordinary dividend of NOK 1,00 per

share.

An extraordinary general assembly will be held on January 5(th), and the share

will trade ex. dividend on the following day (January 6(th)).

StrongPoint's ordinary dividend policy remains unchanged. The ordinary dividend

for 2016 will be proposed by the board in connection with 4(th) quarter

announcement on February 16(th) 2017.

The notice to the extraordinary general assembly is enclosed.
