Selvaag Bolig ASA purchased 9 237 treasury shares on 27

December 2016. The shares were purchased at an average price

of NOK 39.78. The shares were purchased for the company's

share programmes for employees.

After the transaction, Selvaag Bolig owns 606 756 treasury

shares.
