Blystad, has today purchased 25,000,001 shares in
Badger Explorer ASA (the "Company").
After this purchase, Spencer Trading Inc. owns
25,000,001 shares, equivalent to 6.6% of the total
outstanding number of shares in the Company
(378,537,288).
