Oslo, February 10, 2017: Buzz  Aldrin AS, a company controlled by Executive Vice

President Roar Haugland, has  today sold 150,000 shares in Scatec Solar ASA, at

an average price per share of NOK 37.50,-.

After the transaction and as of the date hereof, Executive Vice President Roar

Haugland, together with consolidated parties, owns 235,735 shares in Scatec

Solar ASA.
