New CFO

Petter Lade is appointed as CFO in Opera Software ASA, effective immediately.

Mr. Lade comes from the position as Director, IR & Corporate Development and has

held several key roles within controlling, M&A and IR since joining Opera in

2006. Petter Lade has served as Interim CFO since 1. January 2017 and holds a

Siviløkonom degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
