Entra ASA : Contemplating green bond issue

Entra hereby announce that the company is contemplating an unsecured, green bond

issue of minimum NOK 500 million with expected tenor of seven years. A

transaction may follow, subject to market conditions. Entra has mandated DNB,

SEB and Swedbank to arrange for the contemplated bond issue.
