CEO Sverre Bjerkeli is transferring his shares from Tjongsfjord Invest
AS to Whales Invest AS.
Bjerkeli's two children will each own 25% of this company. Voting
rules that give CEO full control on purchase/sale of shares has been
established. The number of shares will remain unchanged at 2,811,809.
