Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement release from Scatec Solar

ASA ("SSO" or the "Company") published 24 March 2017 regarding completion of a

private placement of 9,380,000 new shares in the Company.

The issuance of 9,380,000 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of

the Company is NOK 2,579,905.75 divided on 103,196,230 shares, each with a

nominal value of NOK 0.025. Each share represents one vote in the company's

general meeting.
