Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Badger Explorer ASA
("BXPL") on 9th December 2016 regarding BXPL's financial calendar.
The annual general meeting in BXPL will be held on 31st May 2017. The other
dates in the financial calendar remain unchanged.
