Scatec Solar ASA: Disclosure of voting proxies received in connection with the AGM

Oslo, 20 April 2017: Scatec Solar ASA (OSE: SSO): John Andersen has as chairman

of the board of directors of SSO received proxies to vote for 13,411,182 shares

at the annual general meeting on 24 April 2017 (the "AGM"), representing approx.

13 % of the total shares and votes at the AGM. The proxies received are only

valid for the AGM and will lapse automatically thereafter.

John Andersen represents Scatec AS at the AGM. Together with the received

proxies, John Andersen may vote for 32,893,521 shares, representing approx. 32 %

at the AGM.
